Henry Bennion Eyring is a prominent educational administrator, author, and religious leader. He is currently the second counselor in the First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), a position he has held since January 14, 2018. Henry was born on May 31, 1933, in Princeton, New Jersey. He earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Utah and later received both a master’s and a doctoral degree in business administration from Harvard University.
