In the pure language of Adam, the Father is named “Man of Holiness,” a name which implies that He is an exalted man, and that by means of the divine plan of life and salvation man may eventually become like Him in eternity. A revelation to Joseph Smith also states that the name of the Father is Ahman—a name-title that seems to be closely identified with that of Man of Holiness.
