Maurine Jensen Proctor is co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Latter-day Saint-oriented publication, Meridian Magazine. She received her education from the University of Utah and Harvard University. Proctor began her writing career with McGraw Hill Magazines and the Chicago Sun-Times. She has created award-winning television documentaries and written for radio shows.
